Mr. Tucker graduated from  Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, in 1984.  He was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1984 and the New Jersey Bar in 1985.  He served as president and in-house counsel for Stewart Title of Bergen County, Inc. from 1985 to 1989, at which time he and his wife, Olga, moved to Sarasota, Florida.  He served as president of Stewart Title of Sarasota, Inc., a direct operation of Stewart Title Guaranty Company.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991, after which he continued to serve as president, and now in-house counsel for the firm.  During his tenure at Stewart Title of Sarasota, Inc., he managed the company's title plant, which served a large local agency network for Stewart Title Guaranty Company, and he oversaw many thousands of residential and commercial transactions for the company's direct title/closing operation.  In 1998 he left the firm and joined the local law firm of Dunlap & Moran, P.A., focusing his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions and representation of commercial mortgage lenders.  In 2004, he opened his own law firm, Thomas M. Tucker, P.A.

Mr. Tucker's title curative expertise and experience and knowledge in the area of real estate law  has allowed him to always maintain a well trained support staff, and together, they have worked to develop the firm's reputation for efficient problem solving and the completion of the transactions entrusted to them by their clients, many of whom have been referred to them by a multitude of local real estate professionals, including professional realtors, mortgage lenders, and other members of the Florida Bar.   

Mr. Tucker and his wife, Olga, are parents to their 4 children, Grant, Reed, Evan, and Anna, all of whom were born and raised in Sarasota and are now grown.
